Your privacy

This page explains what we collect when you book online, why, and how we look after it. Last updated: 8 October 2026.

Who we are

What we collect

• To book: your name, mobile number, age, gender, optional email, the clinic, date and time you choose, and anything you write in the note.
• Only if you choose to share: prescriptions, X-rays or reports you upload, and the short health form (medical conditions, medicines, allergies, previous dental treatment).
• We do not use advertising trackers. The page remembers your language and contact details on your own device so you do not have to type them again. The “Where does it hurt?” checker and the brushing timer work on your device only; nothing you tap there is sent to us unless you choose to book with it.
• If you add the website to your home screen as an app, it saves a copy of the pages on your phone so they open quickly and work without internet. Your bookings are never stored in that copy.

Why we use it

• To confirm, remind you about and manage your appointment.
• So the doctor can review your reports and health details before you arrive and treat you safely.
• To contact you about your care, for example a follow-up or check-up reminder.

We use it on the basis of your consent, which you give when you book or submit the health form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it is kept and who can see it

Bookings and uploaded files are stored in the clinic’s own Google account (Google Sheets and Google Drive). Only Dr. Chaturvedi and authorised clinic staff can see them. We never sell your information or use it for advertising. It is shared only with the services listed below, or where the law requires it.

Services that help us

• Google (Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) stores your booking and files in the clinic’s own account and sends confirmation emails.
• WhatsApp alerts to the doctor are sent through a messaging relay (CallMeBot). They contain only your name, mobile number, appointment time and the reason you chose — never your note, age, reports or health details.
• Google Maps and Google Fonts load the map and the typefaces on this page.
• Google reviews open on Google’s own site, only if you choose to read or write a review.

Your connection to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). The admin area is password protected, and uploads are checked to be real photos or PDFs.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is needed for your care and for the period the law requires for medical records. Appointment details you send but never use may be deleted sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by calling or emailing us. You can cancel an appointment any time using Manage booking.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date above.
